Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Louisiana
Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association

Additional Notes

Traveler may be assigned to an emergency team during an emergency event and may be expected to remain at the facility or serve on a relief team until the event passes
