Overview

• Travel/Contract RN role in Kingman, Arizona
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
• 36 hours per week
• Orientation every Monday
• ASAP starts requested
• Ratio: 1:5–6
• Locals and first-time travelers accepted at the same rate

Unit / Float Scope

• Float to other MS units if needed
• Potential float to PCU only if skills align

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Arizona
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• 1 year of recent Med Surg experience
• Med Surg experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience with Telemetry, due to potential remote Telemetry monitoring
• Government-issued photo ID
• Background check with 7-year search within 30 days of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• HHS/OIG check
• Transcript or diploma
• Education verification through NSCH
• State license verification
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit test within 1 year of start
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray within 1 year of start
• Annual TB questionnaire
• Measles, Mumps, and Rubella immunity documentation or MMR vaccination history as specified
• Hepatitis B documentation
• Varicella documentation
• Drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccination or declination during flu season
• 2 references within 3 years of start
• Annual skills checklist

Preferred

• Meditech experience

Additional Notes

• ACLS is required if floating to PCU
• Blocked scheduling cannot be guaranteed
