Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
Perform health data assessment, health teaching, and health counseling
Provide therapy and treatment supportive of life and well-being
Execute delegated medical functions
Refer patients for further evaluation or treatment as needed
Review and monitor therapy and treatment plans
Document care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
Float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications based on business need
Be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift
