Registered Nurse - Correctional Medicine

Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Provide nursing care to patients in a correctional healthcare setting based on individual needs and provider orders.
Follow approved nursing standards, techniques, procedures, and administrative policies.
Work within a facility housing approximately 1700 patients.

Qualifications

Minimum of one year clinical nursing experience.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Correctional healthcare setting.
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift 250-300 pounds with assistance.
Ability to push/pull up to 500 pounds with assistance.
