Physical Therapist - Outpatient (Contract)

Job Description

• Full-time outpatient Physical Therapist position.
• Evaluate patients and develop/implement treatment plans for various diagnoses.
• Focus on improving patient strength, range of motion (ROM), balance, safety, and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day; weekdays vary and include Saturdays.
• Work-life balance: 3 days off per week for outdoor activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact licensure valid for Colorado.
• Minimum 2 years of PT experience; 3-5 years preferred.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Flu vaccine required (no exemption).

Additional Information

• Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility.
• Possible housing opportunity: newly remodeled, fully furnished studio and small one-bedroom apartments available nearby (subject to availability).
• Housing includes Wi-Fi, utilities, and on-site laundry. No pets allowed.
