• 12 hours of non-billable orientation during the first work week (guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation)
• Call off/cancellation allowed up to 24 hours per 13-week contract

Required Certifications & Licenses

• Valid RN license in Oregon
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

Requirements/Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oregon
• Minimum of 2 years of Endoscopy experience
• Endoscopy experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• PALS certification

Notes for Candidates

• Non-Oregon licensed RNs can apply and may receive a temporary license valid for 90 days
• Must be willing to work variable shifts within the day shift schedule
• No local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius of the facility
