Required Qualifications

Active Maine physical therapy license
BLS certification
2 years of experience
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Physical therapy doctorate graduates must provide an Authorization to Test letter upon hire and obtain Maine licensure within 60 days of the test date
