13-week assignment
Weekly guaranteed hours: 36 or 48
Weekend hours: as required by facility/every other weekend
Call: none
May be floated to other units depending on staffing needs

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Missouri
Med Surg (1 year of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

ACLS from AHA only

Unit Information

Floor: IP Med Surg East
15 beds currently; 15 beds under construction
Patient ratios: 1:5-6 on days, 1:6-7 on nights

Additional Details

Scrub color: Black
No open-toed shoes
Night shift orients on day shift; traveler must be available the entire week for orientation
RTO of 5 days or less must be made up on the back end
Holiday RTO: 1 per assignment
Blocked scheduling may be approved based on facility requirements
Equipment includes Nova Meters for blood glucose, Alaris IV pump, Kangaroo pumps, and SCD machine
EMR: EPIC
