ICU RN
Overview
- Travel/contract role in Mayfield Heights, Ohio
- Day shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Schedule
- 36 hours per week
Additional Notes
- Government-issued photo ID required and must be carried while on assignment
- Background check required before start
- Fingerprinting required within 48 hours of signed contract and must be completed before start
- Education verification required
- Primary source license verification required within 30 days of start
- Nursys verification required within 30 days of start
- Baseline competency exam in medication and ECG completed during orientation
- Physical exam required within 1 year of start
- Fit mask clearance required within 12 months of start
- Tdap documentation required
- TB screening required
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, and drug screening documentation required
- Flu documentation required seasonally
- Two references required from recent employment
