The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is responsible for managing, developing, and engaging staff in the Clinical Support Unit (CSU) our internal Float Pool for our Treasure Valley hospitals- Boise, Meridian & Nampa. This is a dynamic department that provides high-quality float experience to all inpatient departments and patients we serve.
CSU is a collaborative and diverse team that welcomes applicants from all nursing backgrounds. There are many opportunities for growth, whether it is learning about all the different services we support or working on a new hospital initiative or performance improvement project.

What You Can Expect
- Full Time Exempt/Salaried position (Mon-Fri 8 or 10 hour shifts - Must be flexible with schedule); with rotating Administrative on-call.
- Approximately 40 direct reports comprised of RNs/CNAs
- Foster a positive work environment and deliver quality patient care
- Mentoring and developing staff
- Improve initiatives for positive outcomes

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing
- Experience: 3 years nursing experience; leadership skills, team collaboration, effective communication, and critical thinking skills helpful.
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License required and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Reliable transportation to visit different locations
