Description

Job Summary

Registered Nurse, Emergency Room. This position provides emergency care in an acute care setting with a 1:4 patient ratio and variable night-shift start times. The assignment supports a range of patient populations and welcomes first-time travelers.

Job Details

Schedule: Night shift with variable 3:00 PM or 7:00 PM start times; 12-hour shifts; 36 hours per week. Assignment dates are 11/23/2026 through 05/24/2027.
Required Qualifications: Two years of experience; valid compact state license in hand at submission; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications.
Preferred Qualifications: First-time travelers are accepted.
Additional Information: Patient ratios are 1:4 across day, night, and weekend shifts. Patient populations include neonates, infants, adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Clinical support services include physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, and pharmacy. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend, and the assignment requires commitment to working three of five designated holidays.
