Registered Nurse – ER

Location: Beaver Dam, Wisconsin Employment Type: Travel/Contract Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: Night, 12-hour shifts (18:30–07:00), 3x12 hours (36 hours/week) Schedule Notes: Weekend rotation and every other holiday

Required Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin RN or Compact RN license
• Two years of Emergency Department experience with adult and pediatric populations within the last 3 years
• Emergency Department experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)

Compliance and Onboarding

• Background checks: Background check within 90 days before start, including the sex offender registry. Required upon hire and monthly thereafter: EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG exclusion checks. E-Verify is also required.
• Wisconsin requirements: Wisconsin BID form and Wisconsin Caregiver Screening results, both completed within 90 days of start
• Drug screen: 9-panel drug screen within 1 year of start
• Immunizations and health records:

  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray, plus a TB questionnaire updated annually
  • Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation, or an approved medical or religious exemption
  • Annual flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season (09/21–04/13)
• Badge photo: Passport-style photo sent before start
