- Strategic initiative management encompasses identifying, implementing, and overseeing new clinical services or initiatives to address emerging needs and opportunities within the organization
- Holds themselves and others accountable for adhering to compliance standards while understanding the importance of compliance in achieving organizational goals
- Shift: Monday-Friday, Day Shift
- FL RN License
- Must have 1+ year(s) of leadership experience as a Charge, Supervisor, or Manager
- Must have recent Emergency Room / Department experience
