•LOCATION: Grant Medical Center
•SHIFT: night shift, 3/12's, EOW, EOH

Requirements:
•1.5 years of Intermediate/Tele exp
•Large hospital exp
•BLS-ACLS (confirmed)
•Must be able to read & interpret Telemetry independently. strong cardiac assessment skills

•Epic EMR, navy scrubs.

•Unit Description: 48 bed unit, with PSA's, First to float, every other weekend, every other holiday
•Ratios are 1:3 for intermediate flex to 4
1:5 for med/surg flex to 6

Return Staff Policy : If an RN has worked at an OhioHealth facility as staff they need to be gone 366 days prior to being considered as a traveler. PRN at OhioHealth cannot accept a travel position and work both
For travelers, more than one call off is grounds for termination. NCNS is grounds for immediate termination as well.
