Description
Role:
Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical
Location: Bakersfield, CA
13-week contract
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience
BLS and ACLS certifications
Active license required for submission
No first-time travelers
Unit Details:
30-bed general Med-Surg unit
Patient ratio: 5:1
Cerner EMR
No cardiac drips
Schedule:
Night shift
3x12-hour shifts
36 hours per week
Every other weekend
12 hours of orientation
Floating:
First to float
May float to other Med-Surg units after orientation
Med-Surg patients only
Clinical / Operational Notes:
General Med-Surg patient population
Basic arrhythmia knowledge expected
Navy blue scrubs required
