Supplemental Health Care is currently hiring Physical Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Fort Myers, Florida, and the surrounding areas.

Home Health Physical Therapist Contract Details:
- $1,920 - $2,134 per week
- Paid by the hour - not by the visit
- Travel and mileage reimbursement available on all contracts
- Physical Therapist will have a designated territory of coverage with a set amount of patients
- Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits
