Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Physical Therapist I - Home Health

Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, M-F

Length: 13 weeks

Weekend: Yes, one Saturday and Sunday a month with 2 OASIS visits per day
On call: 1 full week a month

Requirements:

• IN is part of PT compact privilege states
• Current and unencumbered license to practice physical therapy specific to that statethe employee is assigned to work by the Company
• Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Successful completion of a physical therapy program at a school of physical therapyapproved by the American Physical Therapy Association
• Home Health experience
• BLS
• 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred
