Interventional Radiology Travel RN
• Insert and remove intravenous lines for treatment.
• Monitor and record patients’ vitals and specialized readings before, during, and after the procedure.
• Collaborate with medical team on patient care plan.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered to assigned patients.
• Oversee the safety and comfort of the patient throughout the procedure.
• If necessary, respond to medical emergency and alert appropriate team members.
• Flexibility to travel to the assignment location.
• Availability to work the facility’s required schedule.
• Willingness to complete onboarding items in a timely manner.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and strive for the highest quality of patient care.
• Also referred to as: interventional radiology registered nurse, IR nurse.

Job Requirements
• 2 years of experience as an IR nurse
• Graduate from an accredited nursing school
• Current state specific RN license in good standing, or if applicable, a compact state RN license in good standing
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
