Description
Job Requirements:
- Active New Hampshire RN license.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical DON nursing experience.
- Previous nursing supervisory or leadership experience.
- Long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred.
- Knowledge of nursing policies, state and federal regulations, and quality assurance.
- BLS certification required.
- Ability to supervise nursing staff, manage staffing needs, and maintain compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
