Job Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient assignment in Bushnell, Florida. The ideal candidate will provide patient-centered care to a diverse caseload, with a primary focus on orthopedic rehabilitation, geriatric balance and conditioning, and vestibular therapy.

Responsibilities Include:

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic patients, including post-operative rehabilitation, neck and low back pain, and musculoskeletal injuries.
• Provide balance training, strengthening, and conditioning for geriatric patients.
• Treat vestibular conditions, including benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) and vestibular hypofunction.
• Provide occasional outpatient neurological rehabilitation, primarily for patients with Parkinson’s disease or chronic stroke-related weakness and balance deficits.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and adjust interventions to support functional improvement and independence.
• Maintain expected productivity of approximately 12 visits per day while delivering quality patient care.

Ideal Candidate: A licensed Physical Therapist with strong outpatient orthopedic skills, experience treating balance and vestibular conditions, and the ability to work with a varied patient population.
