- 5 year experience in Radiation Therapy experience [Required]
- Management and Supervisory experience [Required]
- Bachelor Degree (Masters Degree Preferred) in Radiation Oncology or Bus Admin [Required]
- Demonstrated leadership abilities (formal and informal) required
- Ability to demonstrate professional and mature judgment required
- Excellent communication skills required
- Demonstrated skill in customer service and physician relations required
- Meditech Expanse experience [highly preferred]
- Massachusetts Radiology license - Must be uploaded with profile [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Active ARRT certified in Radiation Therapy (T) - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Active ARRT certified in Registered Technologist Radiography (RTR) [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
