Outpatient Occupational Therapist – Huntington, IN
Location: Huntington, IN
Department: Rehab Therapy – Huntington
Schedule: Full-time, 32 hours/week
Shift: Days, Monday–Friday
Weekend/Holiday: Occasional coverage
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
Relocation: May be eligible for relocation assistance

Key Requirement:
Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) highly preferred
CHT is not required at hire, but the candidate must obtain CHT within 18 months of hire

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Bachelor’s degree required for graduates before 1/1/2002; Master’s degree required for graduates after 1/1/2002
Must hold or be eligible for an Indiana OT license within 90 days
CPR certification required within 90 days if not already certified
Clinical experience is acceptable; prior work experience is preferred but not required
