Weekly Pay: $2,400/week blended rate

Position Overview
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced and compassionate Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for an 8-week Home Health assignment in Butler, IL.
This opportunity offers $2,400 per week blended pay with 40 guaranteed hours per week. The RN will provide hands-on skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Madison, St. Clair, Jersey, and Calhoun Counties.
The ideal candidate will have previous Home Health and OASIS experience and be comfortable working independently in the field, managing a home health caseload, and completing required documentation.
Assignment Details
- $2,400 per week blended rate
- 8-week travel assignment
- 40 hours guaranteed per week
- On-call and weekend responsibilities
- Home Health setting
- Territory includes Madison, St. Clair, Jersey & Calhoun Counties
- Hands-on skilled nursing care in patients’ homes
- Complete required Home Health documentation
- Complete OASIS assessments and documentation
- Must be comfortable working independently in the field
Requirements
- Active and valid Illinois RN license
- Previous Home Health RN experience required
- Previous OASIS experience required
- Current BLS certification
- Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
- Ability to independently manage a Home Health caseload
- Comfortable traveling throughout the assigned territory
- Ability to participate in required on-call and weekend coverage
