X-Ray Tech

Overview

• Travel/Contract assignment in Warrensville Heights, Ohio
• 13-week contract
• 2nd shift
• 4x10 schedule, 14:00–00:30
• Every other weekend
• No call or holiday responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Valid Radiology Technologist license in Ohio
• Radiology Technologist (1.5 years of experience)
• Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
• Government-Issued Photo ID required and must be carried while on assignment
• Background Check required prior to start
• Education Verification required
• FBI and BCI fingerprinting required
• Unit-Specific Competency Exam required within 12 months of start and updated annually
• Physical Exam within a year of start
• Fit Mask required within 12 months of start and updated annually
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray required within 6 months of start
• 10 Panel Drug Screen required and updated annually
• 2 References within a year of start
• Application must include 3 years prior work history, including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area to the assignment

Preferred Qualifications

• Epic, Syngo, and AGFA EI PACS familiarity
• GE, Shimadzu Xray rooms, and Carestream portables familiarity

Additional Requirements

• Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement required annually
• State License 1 Verification required within 30 days of start
• Core Part I, Core Part II, and Core Part III required for subcontractors only
• Photo for badge required for all other Radiology/Cardiology specialties; X-Ray Techs pick up their badge on the first day and do not need to send a photo
• Cleveland Clinic - Online Training Modules must be completed prior to start
