- Outpatient clinic assignment
Schedule
- Day shift, 4x10 hours
- Monday-Friday
- Occasional Saturdays
- No Sundays
- No holidays
Assignment Length
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation
- ARRT (R)
- ARRT (CT)
- X-Ray Experience with extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, head/chest/thorax, and musculoskeletal studies
- Experience with Epic
Preferred
- Neonates
- Infants
- Fluoroscopy Studies
- Enema Studies
Additional Details
- First timers accepted
- No on-call
- May float within scope for xray coverage
- No block schedule
- Local candidates not accepted; permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
- Guaranteed 72 hours per 2 weeks
- Traveler can be called off for 1 eight-hour shift per 2 weeks
- Most patients are mobile
- The clinic sees many patients for follow-up cancer diagnosis
- Duties include starting IVs, running i-Stat for labs, injecting contrast, and post-processing images
- Scrub color provided
- Epic charting
- Free parking

Anchorage is a unique city surrounded by 5,000-foot-high peaks in the south-central part of Alaska along the Cook Inlet, where abundant salmon and whales swim through.
