Description
Job Title: CT Tech Location: HMH Palisades Medical center
Shift: Days Sat- Sun 10AM- 8PM Hours per Week: 20 hr per week Holiday requirement: Yes
Weekend: Yes required
On call: Not required
Float: not required
Required years of experience: 1
Preferred years of experience: 2
Required soft skills: EPIC knowledge is preferred.
Required Certifications & Licenses: ARRT NJ License is required.
Required Skills & Experience:
-Knowledge of anatomy and physiology and radiological positioning of the human body.
-Understanding mechanical attributes of CT software and hardware.
-Thorough knowledge of PACS system.
-Maintains CEU Credits.
-Team members must achieve ARRT (CT) certification within the twelve months following their hire date.
-American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification within following three months of hire date.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
-Six months CT experience preferred.
-Knowledge of Epic and any HIS/RIS system added by the hospital.
