Position / Specialty – OR RN ASAP Start Years of experience REQ: 3 years OR RN First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: 3 Weekend work shift (Sat & Sun, Day shift 06:45AM – 07:15PM) in 12 weeks Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS, PALS Is on-call REQ? 1 – 12 hour call shift a week (Night - 06:45PM – 07:15AM) Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No Locals accepted: No What is the local radius rule? 50 Miles Pending License accepted: No RTO Restrictions: 6 shifts per 13 week assignment Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours, Client can cancel up to 3 shifts during the 13 week assignment Special Requirements : Primary RN in the operating room, providing patient care, and assisting the surgical tech, surgeon & anesthesiologist. Preparing the room for surgery, verify all critical elements are present to perform safe surgery. Assisting the anesthesiologist with intubation/extubation, and during nerve blocks. Ensuring patient is safe during surgery following policy/procedure with surgical counts, implants, time-out, specimens etc. Documenting everything accurately and efficiently in Cerner. Communicate with members of the team in a professional manner. Be knowledgeable of using the chain of command as necessary to escalate a difficult situation.
