Position Details
- Contract Length: 26 weeks
- Location: Indianapolis, IN & Lebanon, IN
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:15 PM
- Shift: Days
- Floating: Required between Indianapolis and Lebanon locations
Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner license
- Experience in acute care or occupational health
- Previous occupational medicine experience preferred
