CT Technologist

📍 Location: Mason City, IA
Position: CT Technologist
Contract: 13 weeks with possibility of extension
Shift Options:

6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
7:45 AM – 8:15 PM
Schedule: Varies

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT examinations and provide safe, high-quality imaging services in an acute care setting.

Job Responsibilities

Perform CT examinations according to physician orders and established protocols.
Prepare, position, and educate patients before imaging procedures.
Operate CT equipment and ensure high-quality diagnostic images.
Administer contrast media as ordered and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
Verify patient information, orders, and relevant clinical history.
Maintain accurate imaging and patient documentation.
Follow radiation safety, infection control, and facility protocols.
Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

Active ARRT certification
CT Technologist experience preferred
Strong technical and patient-care skills
Ability to work assigned shift times and varying schedules
Commitment to patient safety and quality imaging standards
