Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical supervision of patient care consistent with scientific principles and agency policy and procedures.
• Utilize the agency’s clinical software solution to plan, coordinate, and deliver patient care.
• Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures including, but not limited to the Compliance Program and the relevant requirements including the Code of Conduct, Documentation Compliance, and HIPAA.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Current State License as a Registered Nurse
• One year satisfactory Nursing experience in Home Care, desired
• Good organizational writing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starting, dependable and adaptable: Must be productive with minimal direction, able to work independently and consistently meet or exceed performance standards. Able to adjust work and communication style based on situational needs
