Description
At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Endoscopy Technicians strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences.
What you can expect from this role
- Demonstrate precision and care in the preparation, maintenance, and sterilization of equipment and supplies, guaranteeing optimal conditions for patient care.
- Assist proficiently in invasive endoscopic procedures, contributing to the efficiency and success of each operation.
- Opportunity for progression: Transition from Endo Tech 1 to Endo Tech 2 achievable within 1 year.
- Work schedule flexibility: 8-hour shifts from 0700 to 1530, with potential for 10-hour shifts.
On-call rotation: On-call duty required at both Nampa and Meridian sites.
- For Nampa: On-call hours are from 1530 to 1730, Monday through Friday, typically assigned on a weekly basis (approximately every 3rd week), with frequency subject to PTO, LOAs, etc.
- On weekends: On-call duty covers both sites from 0700 to 1730.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
- 6 months relevant experience
Certifications
- Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or Idaho Emergency Medical Tech Basic (EMT-B) and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
