Your Impact

• Complete initial and reassessment visits for clients
• Coach, mentor, and support field nurses
• Provide training and ongoing clinical education
• Help ensure quality care and compliance with company and state standards
• Build strong relationships with nurses, clients, and families
• Support hiring and onboarding of new team members
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource for your team

What You Bring

• Active RN license and graduate of an approved nursing program
• At least 1 year of nursing experience within the last 3 years
• Home Health and supervisory experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• A passion for helping nurses succeed and families receive excellent care
