Description
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Quality & Patient Safety Specialist (RN) to fill an opening with a healthcare system in Boston, MA.
Daily Responsibilities for Quality & Patient Safety Specialist (RN):
- Supports the development, implementation, management and sustainment of an organization-wide system of quality and safety
- Responsible for assisting in a range of system-level quality and process improvement projects, spanning from defining project scope and design to process redesign, implementation testing, management of performance metrics, and development of sustainment plans
- Shift: Day shift, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Required Qualifications for Quality & Patient Safety Specialist (RN):
- Registered Nurse License in MA
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- 3-5+ years of experience combined with healthcare administration
- 1+ year of experience in clinical quality/patient safety
