REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Position: Rapid Response Registered Nurse (RRT RN).
• Facility: Kaweah Health, California.
• 5 years of critical care experience requested in the opening description.
• The detailed job description states a minimum of 2 years of critical care RN experience.
• General travel compliance lists 1 year, but this should not override the specialty-specific requirements.
• Strong experience managing critically ill and medically compromised patients.
• Must be comfortable independently assessing and stabilizing patients during emergencies.
• Excellent multidisciplinary communication, clinical leadership, and teamwork skills required.
• Previous travel experience is not explicitly required.
• No specific EMR experience required; training will be provided.

SCHEDULE

• Shift: Nights.
• Hours: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.
• Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

Mandatory

• BLS – Required.
• ACLS – Required.
• NIHSS / Stroke Certification from the American Stroke Association – Required.
• Kaweah Health-approved Crisis Intervention Training – Required.
• CCRN from the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN) – Required.

LICENSE

• Active California RN License – Required.
