OT needed in a mixed hopsital setting for 13 weeks.

Assignment Length: 13 weeks

Notes: 1 year(s) of experience required;

Mon-Friday 8a-4:30p or they can do Tues-Saturday

OT (Candidates MUST have 1+ year of actual work experience. Do not count clinicals. MUST have experience in both acute inpatient & outpatient AND be comfortable working in both areas.

(NOTE: Supervisor reference must be for both inpatient & outpatient)

Inpatient varies from 12-14 evaluations/day. All surgical patients are treated BID.

Outpatient 8-12 patients per day (NOTE: therapists must schedule all Outpatient appointments for the duration of the patient's treatment plan. Example: 12 sessions, etc.)

BLS & State Licensure

MediTech 'Expanse'

Holidays: None

Both Inpatient Acute & Outpatient therapists are required to dress business casual. Fridays they allow nice jeans (no holes). MUST wear a white lab coat in Inpatient acute

Both Inpatient & Outpatient

Orientation: Meet with HR the 1st day for approximately 20 min, get badge, etc. The rest of orientation is done within the department. Anywhere from 1-3 days depending on experience
