Physical Therapist (PT) | School-Based | Sodus, NY

Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide services to K-12 students within Sodus Central School District. The PT will support students across three school sites, with the majority of time spent at the elementary school, helping students improve mobility, physical function, and access to their educational environment.

Position Details:

• Location: Sodus Central School District, Sodus, NY
• Caseload: K-12 Students
• Schedule: 4 Days per Week, 7:45 AM - 3:15 PM (30 hours/week)
• Contract Dates: September 8, 2026 - June 25, 2027
• Setting: School-Based

Responsibilities:

• Assess, evaluate, and provide physical therapy services to students with a variety of needs.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Support student access, mobility, and participation within the school environment.

Qualifications:

• Active New York Physical Therapy License.
• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
