Job Summary

Registered Nurse Medical Surgical Geriatric Floor Spring Grove, MN. This position provides nursing care in a long-term care setting on rotating 8-hour evening and night shifts. The assignment includes variable scheduling, alternating weekend and holiday coverage, and clinical responsibilities across geriatric care services.

Job Details

• Contract: 13-week assignment beginning 11/16/2026.
• Schedule: Rotating 8-hour evening and night shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week; alternating weekends and holidays are required.
• Required Qualifications: Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license; American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; associate degree or certificate; at least 2 years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience, including at least 1 year in long-term care; required COVID-19 vaccination, with exemptions considered.
• Preferred Qualifications: Long-term care charting experience; demonstrated ability to work independently, manage change effectively, complete tasks promptly, and provide dependable patient care.
• Additional Information: Clinical responsibilities include medication administration, treatments, as-needed care, narcotic management, and care coordination within a 43-bed long-term care setting. Appropriate solid-color or printed scrubs are required.
