Clean JD – Cardiovascular Unit RN

• Specialty: Registered Nurse – Cardiovascular Unit (CVU)
• Shift: Days, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Schedule: 4 × 10-hour shifts only
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Must-Have Requirements

• Previous cardiac nursing experience — required
• Epic EMR experience — required
• Ability to float between the Cath Lab and Cardiovascular Unit (CVU) — required
• Cath Lab experience and pre-/post-procedure care — highly preferred
• Acute cardiac experience — preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to cardiovascular patients.
• Assess patient conditions and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and recovery.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic.
• Support patient care across both the Cath Lab and CVU as assigned.
