Pros
Host healthcare is the absolutely BEST agency to work with. My recruiter is Lindsey and she is absolutely amazing to work with. She is so proactive, quick to send new job postings, and extremely good at communicating back and forth. She responds almost immediately every time I message her. She is open and honest in every aspect. She has answered every question I have had along the way. She is quick to give feedback on postings. She is helpful in every aspect of travel nursing. She gives housing tips, benefit information, interview tips and guidelines. Anything you need she has it and if she doesn’t know she will find it out for you! They are amazing all around.

Nome, AK
About
Nome is a small town in western Alaska located on the coast of the Norton Sound. With only 3,500 residents, Nome is a quiet retreat from civilization. Due to its remote location, the city offers various unique opportunities for visitors. In the winter, you can easily see the Northern Lights just a few miles outside town. Another once-in-a-lifetime event is the Iditarod Sled Dog Race, otherwise known as the Alaskan Mardi Gras. This iconic dogsled race lasts 10 days and covers over 1,000 miles. Due to its history as a gold mining town, visitors to Nome can also tour old gold dredges and even try their hand at gold mining.
