Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Obtain and record initial assessment, establish priorities according to patient age and needs.
- Reassess patients systematically to identify progress and intervention needs.
- Develop and implement a measurable, individualized plan of care timely.
- Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on patient outcome evaluations.
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning effectively.
- Implement and document timely interventions aligned with patient needs.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
- Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
- Current BLS Certification required.
- Current ACLS Certification required.
- Current TNCC Certification required.
- Effective communication skills suitable for diverse patient populations.
