Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiology/Imaging, Ultrasound Tech - General to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive ultrasound examinations, including 1st Trimester, BPP, and detailed fetal anatomy scans.
- Ensure proper operation of imaging equipment and manage electronic medical records using Viewpoint EMR.
- Maintain a patient load of 10-12 patients per tech, providing accurate and clear diagnostic reports.
- Coordinate with the team consisting of Sonographers, RNs, Genetic Counselor, Registrars, Director, and Clinical Manager.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and assist in maintaining a safe and supportive patient environment.
- Deliver exceptional patient care while exhibiting flexibility, customer focus, and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Valid ARDMS certification.
- OB/GYN certification and BLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of sonography experience in a hospital setting.
- Experience with E8 and E10 ultrasound equipment.
- Preferred: Fetal Echo and NTQR certifications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
