Job Details:
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Start Date: July 27, 2026 Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM 
✔️36 Hours per Week (3x12s)
✔️Monday, Thursday & Friday
✔️Call Required
Contract Duration: 13 weeks 
Radius Rule: Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify.
Required Qualifications ✔️Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience required
✔️Strong Orthopedic experience required
✔️Active RN License
✔️BLS and ACLS Certifications required
✔️Epic EMR experience preferred
✔️Previous Travel RN experience preferred
✔️Accredited Nursing Degree must be listed on profile OR candidate must possess 5+ years of relevant experience


Responsibilities
✔️Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care for orthopedic surgical patients.
✔️Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and efficient surgical procedures.
✔️Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and patients for surgery.
✔️Monitor patient status throughout the perioperative process and ensure adherence to safety standards.
✔️Maintain accurate clinical documentation utilizing Epic EMR.
✔️Participate in call rotation and respond to urgent surgical needs as required.
✔️Support infection prevention, patient safety initiatives, and regulatory compliance.
