Position Highlights:
Inpatient hospital pharmacy setting
Pharmacokinetic dosing experience required, specifically vancomycin
Warfarin management experience required
EPIC Willow Inpatient experience preferred
Requirements:
Active Ohio Pharmacist License in Good Standing
3+ Year of Inpatient Hospital Pharmacy Experience
Must be willing to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
Holiday coverage required
