Description:
Seeking a compassionate team player to be involved in direct care and clinical services for in-patient psychiatric patients on an individual basis. Responsibilities include activities such as daily living, social, and psychiatric rehabilitation as directed by the RN. Effective communication with patients to ensure they have access to required services, and informing the RN of any patient changes are crucial. Participation in rounds and group therapy is needed.
Requirements:
- 2 years of recent experience
- BLS from AHA
- AAS degree in psychology or sociology required
Skills:
- 2 years of experience as a psych tech
- BLS certification
- Associate's Degree in Psychology or Sociology
