Position Overview:

Join our Step Down / PCU team at a renowned hospital, where you will have the opportunity to work in the HVTI-Stepdown unit. There is potential to float to units J1-2, J33, and the Emergency Department to care for the same patient population.

Schedule:

• Rotating shifts from 7 pm to 7:30 am and 7 am to 7:30 pm
• Flexibility required to meet the operational needs of the hospital

Qualifications:

• 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty area before travel
• 18 months of recent Stepdown experience (travel experience accepted)
• Experience in PCU/Progressive Care preferred but not required
• Valid OHIO or Compact State license required
• Certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS

Additional Requirements:

• Must work at least every other holiday
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment completed during orientation with acceptable scores needed

Note:

• Use of specific hours submission system for recording hours worked.
