Schedule: Every other weekend required; may float to other Medical Surgical units as needed

26-bed Medical Surgical unit with 1:6 patient ratios or team nursing model (1:9)

Requirements:

Current Tennessee RN license (or compact state license)
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Excellent time management and communication abilities
Medical Surgical nursing experience preferred
