Location: Multiple locations throughout Oregon

Schedule: Full-time, rotating weekends (every other weekend required), 1:20 patient ratio, 40-hour orientation

• Work across a network of short-term acute care facilities with 418 total staffed beds and daily census of 320
• Epic charting system experience required
• 13-week contract opportunity with flexibility to work at multiple locations based on unit needs

• Interdisciplinary support including collaboration with social services
• No on-call required; block scheduling available

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care case management experience in a hospital setting
• Active Oregon RN license (pending licenses may be considered during submission)
• BLS certification and Case Management certification required
• Epic charting system experience mandatory
• Reliable vehicle required for this assignment
• 2 supervisory references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Experience with admission criteria, continued stay reviews, discharge planning, DRG, HIPAA guidelines, and insurance processes
• Behavioral health experience alone does not satisfy the acute care requirement
