Start Date: February 2, 2026
Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day or night shift available, 4:1 patient ratio, every other weekend

Highlights:

• 23-bed Progressive Care Neuro Trauma unit with specialized patient population
• Work with advanced equipment including subdural drains, high flow oxygen, chronic vents, and end tidal CO2 monitoring
• EMR system: Meditech
• Collaborate with a team of 6–7 RNs and 2 nursing aides per shift
• Exposure to procedures including chest tube management and EEG monitoring
• Professional dress code with no specific scrub color requirement

Requirements:

• Active New Hampshire RN license or compact eligibility
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Telemetry experience required
• Step-down or progressive care experience required
• Neuro and trauma experience strongly preferred
• NIHSS and TNCC certifications preferred
• Willingness to float to all inpatient units including ICU and Emergency Department
