Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Operating Room nursing within a similar-size acute care setting
• Active and unencumbered RN license (Nursys verification required)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Complete work history with no gaps exceeding 60 days
• Current skills checklist and professional references
