Location: Jackson, Tennessee
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 4-5 patient ratio; 36-hour orientation; potential float to MS/Tele and ICU units

Highlights:

• Busy Cardiac/Progressive Care Telemetry unit with 42 beds and daily census of 40
• Primary patient population includes cardiac telemetry and post-catheterization lab patients
• Epic EMR system – recent experience required
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, rapid response teams, and pharmacy
• Adult and geriatric patient care focus
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Progressive Care/Telemetry experience required
• Active Compact or Tennessee RN license required at time of submission
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Epic charting experience within the last 12 months required – must be detailed on profile and pass competency exam
• Experience with cardiac drip titration, vasoactive drip management, dysrhythmia interpretation, and telemetry monitoring
• Proficiency with BiPAP/CPAP, central line management, chest tubes, feeding tubes, and various cardiac procedures
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only); flu vaccination required (no exemptions)
